Hi All – Quick VIS Update:
1) Ballots dropped today in mail – should be in your mailboxes in the next couple of days – Please Vote Early!
2) Yesterday the City of Issaquah City Council voted to support a land use change to allow for the new ISD schools in Providence Heights area (proposed site of the new HS and Elem school.)
3) 1st Honk & Waves were today! Thank you for your help! Last Honk & Waves are AM & PM on February 10th (Monday) – the day before ballots are due.
3) PTA Postcards all mailing out all this week – THANK YOU PTAs!
4) Teacher Postcards mailed – should have arrived in your mailbox yesterday, today or arriving tomorrow
5) 1st Professional Mailer went out yesterday
6) 2nd Levy Info Night is next Tuesday, January 28th 7pm (FLYER: PNG | PDF) open to everyone in the District, Ron Thiele, Speaker
**Please share this info with your PTA and School Community*** The event is coming up quick – next Tuesday 1/28!
7) 1st Kid voiced “robo” phone call will go out this Friday to all “likely” voters (those who usually vote, based on past voting record) and all newly registered voters in ISD (5,000 new since last election!) Listen for your phone to ring so you can hear their cute reminder to Vote Yes for Issaquah Schools!
