This is the first time our Council has hosted a district-wide student program to focus on empowering student voice for inclusion and community in our schools, and we are so excited and grateful for the strong participation we received. We appreciate all of our student participants for sharing their voices, creative ideas, thoughtful perspectives, and leadership.
Each project reflected a commitment to belonging, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and highlighted the importance of family and community engagement (FACE) in building stronger, more connected school communities.
