In addition to having an insider’s view of legislative happenings, Kelly is one of our own, a former Issaquah PTSA Council Advocacy chair, and has lots of insight as to how our Issaquah PTSA powerhouse can influence what happens in Olympia for the benefit of public education in Washington State.
