Attached is an article about Teen Blogs and what some schools are doing. Notice that some schools are moving toward restricting types of behavior by having school consequences if they are caught, even if they do it off-site. For example internet bullying, slandering etc another student could result in school consequences. Why? Because they impact the ability of students to focus on their school work and bullying is bullying.
